Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new suppliers, ensuring performance and compliance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new technologies, products, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and prevent supply disruptions.
  • Resolve supplier disputes and performance issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
