Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with prospective members through various channels (in-person, phone, email) to understand their needs and promote membership benefits.
- Conduct engaging and informative tours of our facilities, highlighting key features and amenities to potential members.
- Process new membership applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all member interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries and resolve any membership-related concerns or issues, providing exceptional customer service.
- Actively participate in member retention initiatives and programs, fostering a strong sense of community and satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for new memberships and renewals.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and other teams to promote club events, services, and special offers.
- Continuously update knowledge of our offerings, pricing structures, and competitor activities.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
