Hiring.zycto is urgently seeking a dedicated Employee Relations Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Rochester Hills. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and policy violations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as harassment prevention, conflict resolution, and positive employee relations.
  • Facilitate mediation and resolution of workplace disputes to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all employee relations cases and actions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in conducting workplace investigations and conflict resolution.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of discretion.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated empathy and active listening skills.

Preferred Qualifications
