Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain office calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing calls and visitors appropriately.

- Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with high accuracy.

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
