Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team leads and quality assurance specialists to identify emerging trends and patterns in policy violations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation processes and tools by providing feedback.
  • Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with resilience, professionalism, and strict adherence to privacy protocols.
  • Achieve and maintain target metrics for content review speed, accuracy, and quality.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
