Job Description
Hiring.zycto is actively seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of training programs, including scheduling, venue selection, material preparation, and equipment setup.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records of courses, participants, and completions.
- Communicate effectively with internal trainers, external vendors, and employees regarding training schedules, objectives, and logistics.
- Assist in the development and modification of training materials and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Track training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants and trainers to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle all training-related inquiries promptly and professionally, providing support and guidance to staff.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on training attendance, outcomes, and costs for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry regulations for all training activities.
- Administer training budgets and process invoices from external training providers.
- Proactively identify and recommend new training opportunities or improvements to existing programs.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse groups.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
