Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars and publishing schedules across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging written, image, and video content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with our audience proactively.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive online community.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools, providing regular reports on key insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and emerging trends.
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders relevant to our industry.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics).
