Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a pristine and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and demonstrate features and benefits effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
