Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity, system efficiency, and user adoption.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for key revenue metrics across sales, marketing, and customer success.
- Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in our revenue funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement scalable processes and best practices for revenue operations.
- Assist in the forecasting and pipeline management processes, providing insights to sales leadership.
- Support the implementation and integration of new sales and marketing technologies.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across all revenue systems.
- Document and maintain operational procedures and training materials for revenue tools and processes.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) including customization, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present actionable insights.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
