Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and informative property tours for prospective residents, highlighting key features and amenities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all rental inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Process rental applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high occupancy rate through proactive lead generation, follow-up, and effective closing techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with marketing and advertising efforts, including updating online listings and participating in community events.
  • Maintain accurate and organized resident files and leasing documentation.
  • Ensure the leasing office and model units are presentable and welcoming at all times.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activities, and fair housing laws.

Required Skills

  • Proven sales and closing abilities with a customer-centric approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.

  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal fair housing laws.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Arabic) is a plus.
