Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts, developing strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a smooth and successful transition to our platform.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide product training, demonstrations, and best practice guidance to help customers maximize product value.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (e.g., product, sales, support) to resolve issues and convey feedback.
  • Monitor customer health, identify at-risk accounts, and implement strategies for retention and churn prevention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account information in the CRM system.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers and advocate for their needs.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight, ChurnZero).

  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
