Job Description

This is a critical role for an experienced and proactive CRM Executive looking for an immediate start to make a significant impact on customer engagement and retention strategies. A key aspect of this role will be the development and implementation of comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs. You will work extensively with our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365) to build, deploy, and monitor campaigns, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize daily CRM operations, including campaign setup, deployment, and monitoring across various channels.
  • Develop, implement, and analyze customer lifecycle marketing programs (e.g., onboarding, retention, re-engagement).
  • Segment customer databases to create targeted and personalized communication strategies.
  • Monitor CRM campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data analytics teams to align CRM efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer journeys and personalize experiences through automation and data leverage.
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices, industry trends, and new technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a CRM Executive or similar role (2+ years).
  • Demonstrable experience with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Dynamics 365).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • A keen eye for detail and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
