Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update commercial databases, CRM systems, and physical filing systems.

  • Coordinate communication between sales, finance, operations, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Assist with the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and presentations.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, contract status, and commercial activities.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the commercial team with scheduling appointments, managing diaries, and travel arrangements.
