Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our rapidly expanding team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. As a BDR, you will be the spearhead of our sales efforts, identifying and engaging with potential clients who can benefit immensely from our innovative SaaS platform. You’ll leverage your strong communication skills and strategic thinking to research prospects, craft compelling outreach messages, and schedule introductory meetings for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target accounts within defined segments.
  • Initiate outbound contact with prospects through various channels including email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria, understanding their business needs and pain points.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring high-quality handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to refine prospecting approaches.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and scheduled meetings.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (1+ year) in a sales development, lead generation, or similar client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling messages and engaging prospects.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads and tracking activities.
  • Ability to understand complex product offerings and articulate value propositions clearly and concisely.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, and persistent in pursuit of targets.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to adapt to various prospect scenarios.
