Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently and accurately.
- Process payroll, including calculation of wages, deductions, and submission of remittances.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting.

- Handle general ledger postings and adjustments.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
