Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other administrative paperwork with meticulous accuracy.
  • Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and resolving any transit-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the optimization of operational processes.
  • Assist in negotiating rates with freight carriers and managing vendor relationships to secure optimal service and cost efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in logistics coordination or a similar supply chain role.
  • Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Transportation Management Systems – TMS, Warehouse Management Systems – WMS) and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a strong aptitude for multitasking.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clear and professional interactions.
