Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all facility maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance schedules and urgent repairs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, maintenance needs, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility-related expenses, contracts, and service histories.
  • Assist in space planning and office reconfigurations to optimise functionality and employee comfort.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all facilities.
  • Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a facilities coordination or similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications
