Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis using various resources.
  • Draft and prepare a range of legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, correspondence, and summaries.
  • Assist with comprehensive case management, including organizing and maintaining client files, documents, and evidence.
  • Prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings, including compiling bundles and preparing witnesses.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and external counsel, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Manage and track deadlines, ensuring all compliance and procedural requirements are met.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the legal team, enhancing operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
