Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and desired experiences.
- Research, propose, and book comprehensive travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and cultural nuances.
- Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional pre- and post-travel support.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with industry trends, travel technology, and destination knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar client-facing sales role within the travel industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of popular international and domestic travel destinations.
- Proficiency in GDS (Global Distribution Systems) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, or similar booking platforms.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
