Key Responsibilities
- Process and generate accurate invoices for clients in a timely manner, adhering to specific billing cycles and contract terms.
- Reconcile accounts receivable, identifying and resolving discrepancies through research and communication with clients and internal departments.
- Manage client billing inquiries and disputes with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized billing records, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, client success, and finance teams to ensure correct billing setups and revenue recognition.
- Prepare and analyze billing reports, providing insights into trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to billing and revenue.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes and procedures.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar financial role (minimum 2 years).
