Job Description

As a Reservations Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the initial inquiry to the final booking confirmation. You will manage incoming reservation requests through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms, accurately capturing guest details and special requirements.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current promotions, pricing structures, and company policies.
  • Assist in generating reports related to reservations, occupancy, and guest preferences.
