Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to offer acceptance across various industries.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier active and passive talent.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and background checks.
- Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on best practices, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Negotiate competitive offers and facilitate seamless onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and professional recruitment events.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced corporate setting.
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess candidates across various levels and industries.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills.
