Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound inquiries from potential customers via phone, email, and live chat, acting as the first point of contact.
- Actively listen to customer needs, identify pain points, and provide accurate, compelling information about our products/services.
- Effectively present and demonstrate how our solutions meet customer requirements, overcoming objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through diligent follow-up and strong closing skills.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to successful onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings to maintain an informed and competitive edge.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and product expertise.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an inbound sales, customer service, or telesales role, preferably within a target-driven environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong active listening skills and a consultative selling approach.
- Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
